INTERNET EXPLORER 8, 9, 10

user complained of scripting error while printing from internet explorer 10

i reverted to IE 8, after which  when he opens yahoo.com, the browser hangs or crashes

but it opens fine on hotmail or other sites

what should i do

the computer has windows 7 profesional 32 bit

Did you do a reset in IE?
Also CMD SFC /scannow

Go to Internet Options.

Advanced.

Reset and restore all advanced settings

restart IE and try again

pramod1--I understand the problem that needs fixing is that you cannot access the yahoo.com site.  (The scripting error problem no longer exists since IE 10 is no longer installed.)  Is that correct?
Do you get any error messages?  Have you looked in Event Viewer?
Try deleting Cookies.

I re-installed IE 10 , i could open yahoo now but when i print to HP 1022 which is connected through USB to windows 7 professional pc (32 bit)

I get following error

"res://ieframe.dll/preview.js" - Script error when I try to print
