I have a user who has her gmail account running under outlook 2013 using imap. The initial setup went fine but shortly after no email is coming in and a send\receive process takes forever. Is there a setting I need to change to make this behavior go away?

You could try:

Think you will find though with OUtlook 2013 and Gmail it will always be slow.

That might help for slowness but what about nothing at all?

Make sure she is looking at the Gmail.imap folder in outlook and not just in Inbox
