Each time and after that I restart my exchange 2010 server: I cannot send mail outside and inside. <br />
All services automatic exchange services are running.<br />
I must to stop all the services of exchange, restart all exchange services.<br />
After 10 minutes, It is working fine again.<br />
Please help me to fix definitively this problem<br />

I must to stop all the services of exchange, restart all exchange services.
