chaging gif

hi,

I was wondering if i could change the gif on my website, so the flag comes abit more up the pole?  http://piratescove.yourcitybeats.com/wp-content/themes/twentytwelve/images/RED-FLAG-ANIMATED2.gif

Also to have it as the same red as the red in the logo?

Sure,

I used the Color Adjustments to adjust the red.    

I used the Polygonal Lasso Tool to select the flag and then simply moved it up the pole.   I had to bring the pole down a bit because the flag was leaving the perimeter of the project.
