SNMP config

I have SNMP enabled on Server 2008. I need to configure snmp so that HP IMC can get data from the server. HP IMC is on server x.x.x.1 and member server is x.x.x.2
In IMC i have snmp setup with name, Read-Only Community String, Read-Write Community String
I have the snmp on the switches and IMC is getting data, need to get this on server 2008.
