AutoTask or Connectwise

We are in the process of trailing both AutoTask and Connectwise as our PSA.

Has anyone experience of BOTH platforms and if so which platform did you prefer? We will mainly be using it as a ticketing and time\billing tool but will also use the CRM and Sales elements in time.

We are also looking at n-able and labtech as our RMM and are most likely going to go with Labtech. Both platforms will integrate with most RMMs and create service tickets for us automatically which is also what we require.

We have only used ConnectWise and Labtech for the last few years. We just did a trial of N-Able though. We also got sales pitches from all the major RMMs.

What I can tell you for sure. Labtech is cheaper and much better than N-Able. N-Able is confined to a web browser and the way it functions on the client side is not as clean as Labtech.

ConnectWise also purchases Labtech so the integration is going to only get better between the two. I can answer other questions but if you are going to go with Labtech and Connectwise is the way to go.
