retrieve user archive pst from mailbox server

hello exchange Experts!

would someone give me some sort idea how to retrieve these pst files for this user " Gary"
I can see it all there but some how not able retrieve it back? I did connect to server using GUI that holding those pst and reconnected back to same Gary account but all email not showing up on his inbox.

Upgrade the Exchange to SP2 as you are already out of Support so that isnt a good please to be :)
Once done add the account to RBAC for Export\Import groups and then try out
