MS Access 2007, Choose one check box
Hi All,
I have an Access 2007 database. There are a group of check boxes where the user will choose one box for ethnicity. Is there a way where the user will only be allowed to check one box? So if the user checks a box and changes their selection when they click on the new box the old box will be unchecked.
Please see attachment.
Thanks in advance.

place the check boxes inside an Option Group.

Okay, I figured it out. Will I be able to use that data? If so, how or where would it be. I query tables into excel.
