PO File Open with Junk Character

Hello Team,

We have Arabic languages enable with Microsoft Dynamics Application.
If i open the PO, English character shown us correct but Arabic character shown us junk.
Can you please give me the solution.

Hi,

I don't believe that the standard Dynamics GP reports can support non-ASCII or even extended ASCII characters.

I would recommend contacting Mohammad Daoud to see if there is a solution to your PO issue, as I believe that he has worked on producing an Arabic version of Dynamics GP.

Hi,

It looks like I was incorrect--it appears that Report Writer can display Arabic.

Please see this thread:

The example shows a "text" report in Report Writer.  I don't know if it will display properly in a "graphic" report, like your PO sample.

I would recommend trying the instructions that Mahmoud Saadi offers on that post, and see if that helps.

Hello Steve,

Its working properly on many machines, only few machines are having this issue.

I dont know where exactly we are doing mistake in desktop machine.

Hi,

Do all of the machines have the same Regional, Language, and Keyboard settings?

Are all of the machines using the same printer driver?  Have you tried testing different print drivers to see if that makes any difference?
