RDP + exchange 2010

Hi there,
When I connect me with RDP on exchange server, I can connect me to server but I can not use Exchange Control Administration Panel. I need to use console of ESX 5.1.
Do you have one idea ?

are you sure that you are logging using domain admin in the format domain\username
