One of my pages, http://mauitradewinds.com/Test/StarWind.htm  appears slightly to the left of center on my iPad.  It looks centered on my desktop and notebook.  Can you advise how to correct that?  I'll attach the style sheet.style.css

give the wrap div margin:0 auto; and do the same with the footer div.

Thank you.  However, it didn't rectify the issue.  If I view the page with the previous style sheet and the same page with the changes to wrap and footer, there is no difference.  All the main pages of the site share the same style sheet, but this particular page is not centered.  I don't know how to find which element(s) are causing that.

The off-center appearance is inconsistent, and may disappear with page reload.  Still a mystery to me.  Thank you for your input.
