Hi,

is ti possible to get link to automatically open a meeting request with out any human intervention.

I have a remote PC that I want to invite to meeting, but ideally I don't want the users to have to touch anything apart from turn the machine on and start the lync client.

its a conference room PC, so the idea is people can book it out, but as these are novice users I want to automate as much as possible. Could I set it up so when the PC is turned on it automatically joins a meeting room once logged in?

cheers

Hi,

Thanks for confirming that.

I understand once we have some polycom units the automation is much better, but until then the user will just have to click a few buttons :)

Cheers
