Monitor other IP phones
I am a Cisco Call Manager Admin. When i make changes to things such as a line group or a hunt list, i want to be able to see what the phones on the other end do. Some are in another building or town and if nobody is there to tell me then i have no idea if my line group or hunt list is working properly. Is there something i can use that will let me bring up a softphone version of that phone on my desktop to be able to see if the hunt list is following the specified order?
