I have an Iphone 5 and have been syncing with Outlook 2010 for some time.  Last week I added an email account for MS Exchange and now Itunes insists on syncing my Iphone to the contacts and calendars for this new account.  In the ITunes configuration, it only allows me to sync to 'CALENDAR' without specifying which one, but in Outlook I can see the different calendars.  Same for 'CONTACTS'.

How can I tell ITunes to sync to a different Calendar?

Image Sync_01 shows Itunes.  Image Sync_02 shows my calendars.  'A' is the one I want to sync, 'B' is the one Itunes finds.  I moved the order around, but nothing helps.

Rancy-
Your solution explains how to sync iPhone with Exchange, but I don't want to do that.  It is only allowing me to sync with the Exchange calendar and with Exchange contacts.  I lost the ability to sync with my 'real' Outlook contacts and calendar.  I have no need or desire to sync the iPhone with Exchange.

I have deleted the Exchange account and installed it on another computer where it does not sync with anything.  My original contacts and calendar now sync with my iPhone.

Thanks for your suggestions.

I could not wait to find a solution, since I did not need to sync with Exchange but did need to sync with my Outlook contacts and calendar.  As soon as I deleted the Exchange client, I was able to do so once again.

I installed exchange on another computer which does not need to sync with anything.
