This is using Symantec Backup Exec 2012. The backup destination is an attached USB HDD with 2TB. After setting up everything, we go for the backup. The job only runs for about 6 minutes, and suddenly it stopped, with the error - E008703. Does this error is regarding with the USB HDD? What's went wrong with it? How to troubleshoot?

Thanks in advance.
