Citrix streamed apps don't work offline

I try to stream an app and use this app offline without success.
I can use the streamed app while connected to the lan, but not without lan.
- while publishing the app I selected "stream with logon"
- the unfiltered computer policy has contains me at "allowed offline user" - and 21 day offline is allowed

Webinterface 5.4:
- if I configure "remove icons" the streamed app icon is removed also while disconnecting the client from lan
- if I don't remove the icons I can click the streamed-app icon while disconnected - but I receive "myserver\myshare is not available"

What is your client's OS?

Do you have the offline plugin installed?
Dirk KotteSEAuthor Commented:
Client OS == Windows7 pro
yes receiver enterprise and offline plugin are installed.
(can the streamed app work while online without the offline plugin installed??)
Ayman BakrSenior ConsultantCommented:
Have you profiled the app on a win 7 profiler or some other OS? Profiling from a different OS is not supported.

Make sure when you have profiled the app you have disabled UAC (if that is the case on the client device), disabled Windows defender and had no anti-malware software (just anti-virus) as these are best practices.

Well, as for your question, if you choose stream to client when you publish the app you need to have both the online and offline plugins. But to make the app also available offline then when you publish the app you need to select offline for the access method.

Good hints, but not the solution ...

today I am at the LAB and with a physical device the offline-Mode works.
I think my problem is that I try to test the offline-mode with disconnected XenDesktops.
Possible the offline-Mode is not available with installed XD-Agent..?
