Adding network printer operation failed 0x00000002

All of a sudden, I am unable to add network printers from 1 of my servers. The printers currently installed from that server are grayed out and when I try to add a new printer, I receive the error: operation failed 0x00000002.

I'm guessing this may be driver related, but I've removed all erroneous drivers. I've also restarted the print spooler and rebooted the server. No luck.

Need urgent help.
