SQL Upgrade failure

I am attempting to upgrade SQL from 2005 to 2008 but continue to get the error attached. I have reviewed the Bootstrap logs but they only say the same thing in a quite verbose fashion. The error log does give a code -819060177 but the Google responses are not helpful.
