I have an issue we have a Ricoh C3001 Copier and my client uses it to scan to email internally but as soon as they scan to an external address it does not send.
The Exchange server is running the new version 2013 along with the CU update for exchange.
I have enabled in exchange to allow the copier's ip address to send to anywhere without authentication. but still no go.
It works perfectly with internally, sending externally is the issue.
