I have SCCM2012 SP1 with CU1.  When I deploy download updates, and change their membership to the Sofware update group.

Does this do the following:

1. Deploy the update
2. Distrubute it to the secondary sites.

The reason I am asking, is that after I change membership, my search criterea on sofware still show as not deployed.
