Good day

All our users are experiencing massive delays in receiving mail on their blackberry devices. We are using Exchange 2010 with BESX 5.0.2. Can anyone point us in the right direction as to what the problem might be? We have looked at a number of things, and cannot identify the problem.

Have you updated the MAPI to the latest version? Also, have you checked the log files? Particularly, the CEXC logs. This is the Exchange connector.

You did not mention what maintenance pack you are on, there are some updates to address issues with Exchange 2010. You could also upgrade to service pack 4. I am running it with Exchange 2010 without any issues.
