Hi experts:
I have a client that has a windows 7 PC on a Windows 2003 server platform using Word Perfect x3.  Several weeks ago she started with the following problem:  When she pulls up a document from a shared folder on the network it displays properly, however, when she prints it prints a "blank" page.

Printer is an HP laserjet 4240n.  The PC is a 64-bit Window 7.  I have installed on the PC the HP univesal PCL5 print driver.

Here's the real bug-a-boo.  She can "select all" in Word Perfect, open Microsoft Word 2010 then paste and prints the document without any issues.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Is the RDP client up to date (8.0)?

If you close the program and browse to
HKCU\Software\Corel\ and rename PrintEngine to PrintEngine_OLD and restart the program does it print properly?
