Printer is an HP laserjet 4240n.  The PC is a 64-bit Window 7.  I have installed on the PC the HP univesal PCL5 print driver.

Here's the real bug-a-boo.  She can "select all" in Word Perfect, open Microsoft Word 2010 then paste and prints the document without any issues.
