Microsoft word Template option

Hi All,

I have a specific need about office templates.
I would like to have multiple templates in Microsoft word and have the users choose the template whenever they open the word.
This would be like a pop up option for them when they open the word.

P.S. (we use office 2010)

Thank you for your input.
I do know how to create templates. My question is how to present the user with a pop up to chose between templates when they open word.

I found the solution to be using custom template option. A simple search on google on how to implement custom templates in office will yield the result.
