How to view flagged email on iOS 6.1.3 which are not inside inbox

I'm aware that the "Flagged" folder shows up alongside all other email folder, if there are any flagged emails inside the inbox. However (!!!), if those flagged emails are in some other subfolders, then they don't show in the "Flagged" folders.

Could you tell me how I could fix this silly bug, as my flagged emails are scattered around 100s of folders...

I think it's a bug. Just tried from my ipad and got the same issue as you.
