Regards

I have an exchange server 2013 as primary behind is the zimbra 8.0.3

zimbra hostname: mail4.grupoepensa.pe
hostname exchange: holanda.grupoepensa.pe

My exchange can send internal and external email, the Zimbra can send and receive emails from the exchange, but when zimbra send emails to the internet using the connector sending and reception of exchange, shows the following error.

<jporras_8@hotmail.com>: host holanda.grupoepensa.pe [172.16.6.14] said: 550
5.7.1 Unable to relay (in reply to RCPT TO command)

I followed the steps showing zimbra wiki and created the corresponding connectors on receipt and shipping and still shows me the error.

This is a sign of a misconfigured RECEIVE connector. The connector must be configured with the Zimbra server IP address so that Exchange selects the proper connector on initial connection. You must also make sure that the permission groups are selected as instructed or the connection will be rejected.  Configure this wrong and connections will get the error you reported, or even worse, you'll be an open relay on the internet allowing anybody to use your Exchange server as a spam server. So check and recheck your receive connector settings.
