Citrix Netscaler Delay issue

Hi , we have a VPX Netscaler 9.2
We have two web servers at the back end .
Our users hit the VIP and from there the request is directed to one of the two web servers and get the content ( en excel spread sheet) on their screen.
However , we have tremendous latency issues.
Is there any way within VPX to monitor traffic ? The Server folks claim it is a netscaler issue , but how can really narrow down what the issue is ?
Both Web servers are on the same subnet .
The LB policy is round robin.
Any help would be appreciated.
