We have VDI on VMware platform. We would like to have remote access of the VDI desktops for the users from Internet.
Would like to know what are the ways this can be achieved.
Users roaming needs to access their desktop via internet through some remote access connectivity for the desktops inside the Data center.

Let me know what is the best method to achieve this.

Good day,

You can setup IPSEC or SSL VPN connections for all your roaming users. Upon successfull connection to your VPN server they will act as if they are inhouse thus they will easily run RDP conenctions to their virtual desktops over an encrypted tunnel.

Hope that helps.

I am using Fortinet's Fortigate 60c for 20 users or you could use 100d for more users.
It is working like a charm!
