How can I get MVC4 to work with WSAT (Web Site Administration Tool) ?

If not, what is an EASY MVC4 security URL to review like the below ?

Steps
1.      Change below (/Filters/InitializeSimpleMembershipAttribute.cs & Web.config)
2.      Run APP
3.      Click LOGIN
4.      User types information
5.      Creates database (webpages_UsersInRoles, webpages_Membership, webpages_Roles, UserProfile)
6.      create MVC admin pages if desired
7.              add [Authorize(Roles = "Administrator")] to .CLASS files
