Send as permission in Outlook MAC 2011

I am trying to allow a user to be able to send as a different mailbox while using Outlook MAC 2011 and i can't find where to add the "From" option anywhere. is this even possible in this version of Outlook?

the from field only appears if you have more than 1 mailbox in your outlook. you will need to add it under delegates on your outlook 2011
