You can control the size of the report through the page size you set.

Do you use a standard label from Avery?

Check the PRINTER SETUP

One way would be to use a variable to count the records and use the NEW PAGE AFTER the when the count is 5

Try this

In the report header and group header add a formula
WhilePrintingRecords;
Global NumberVar RecordCount;
RecordCount := 0;
""

In Details A add a formula
WhilePrintingRecords;
Global NumberVar RecordCount;
RecordCount := RecordCount  + 1;
""

In the section expert
Select DETAILS B
Click the formula button to the right of NEW PAGE AFTER
WhilePrintingRecords;
Global NumberVar RecordCount;

RecordCount  MOD 5 = 0
