Managing Exchange 2003 user with WMI and powershell

Dear experts,

could anybody of the exchange experts tell me how i can handle 2003 user with
WMI and powershell with these questions below:

Enable mailbox
Disable mailbox
Passwort reset

I cannot find anything useful on the net.
