I have a trigger that emails me when come verbiage is inserted into a table.  Instead of emailing me I'd like this trigger to hit a webpage.

This webpage will handle communications once it is hit.

My code now looks like this:

exec sp_send_cdontsmail 'to@me.com','from@me.com','My Subject','The message'

just hoping to replace it with something like

exec HitSomeWebPage.html

Thanks
