Fine Print only in IE

Running Windows 7 pro 64-bit on a Dell Inspiron N7010 with 8 GB RAM and 500 GB HDD. Runs great but there is a recent change that took place where Internet Explorer 8 has tiny fonts and everything seems to be zoomed out.

I've changed resolution, changed to larger font size, etc. Nothing really solves it.

You can change the zoom on text in Internet Explorer by pressing Ctrl + or Ctrl -
