remove system doctor 2014

i have win 7 pr laptop and the system is affected with system doctor 2014, unable to remove it.
i tried with superantispyare but couldnt remove it.

now iam unable to open any files , how to remove it completely

imp files are there

Try to boot into Safe Mode and run Malwarebytes:

http://www.malwarebytes.org


You can also to running (not in safe mode) Combofix

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/combofix/
