Changed Modem connected to ASA5505

My ISP asked me to change my cable modem.  I have done that and now internet does not work when going through my ASA5505.  When I connect directly to the modem (bypassing the aSA) - internet is okay.  Do I have to reconfigure my ASA because of the modem switch?  I do not remember or know if the ASA had either the MAC address of the old modem or an IP address that may now be different.  Thanks for any tips provided.

Connect the modem to the ASA and then cycle the power on the modem.

Hi,

ASA Topology is somewhat like this when there is flow of traffic from outside to Inside of Network the priority is very high when compared to flow of traffic from Inside to outside and DMZ to outside.Check the configuration of your ASA .
