Sync shared contacts from outlook 2010 with iphone

Hello,
  How can i sync shared contacts from outlook 2010(connected with exchange) to my iphone?
If i choose to sync contacts from email settings at iphone it only sync my contacts and not shared.

Need to clarify.

Someone in the organization has shared contacts and you want them to sync to your iPhone ?

ActiveSync will only sync contacts that originate in your mailbox. I'm not aware of any standard way of synchronizing items that exist outside of your mailbox.

Unfortunately I can't find a work around other than manually copying the shared items to your own mailbox. This is obviously not a good solution. Maybe someone else will chime in with a script that can do this for you daily.
