Need to clarify.

Someone in the organization has shared contacts and you want them to sync to your iPhone ?

ActiveSync will only sync contacts that originate in your mailbox. I'm not aware of any standard way of synchronizing items that exist outside of your mailbox.

Unfortunately I can't find a work around other than manually copying the shared items to your own mailbox. This is obviously not a good solution. Maybe someone else will chime in with a script that can do this for you daily.

Cheers

Yes, you are right. Sulution is to copy contacts manually.
