#550 5.7.1 Message rejected as spam by Content Filtering. ##

Hi Experts,

We would like to ask for your assistance regarding on the MS Exchange 2010 Anti-Spam. In our Edge Transport, Anti-Spam content filtering is enabled which is set to "Reject messages with SCL rating greater than or equal to : 9". The incident happens when one of our client try to send an email to our domain and he/she receives an email bounced back. My question is, Is there a way to find what is the keyword/phrases that trigger to reject the message/email by Exchange Anti-Spam (Content Filtering). Please see screenshot below for the sample bounced back.

You should be able to look in the message headers to see what caused the high rating.
Also check any blacklists to see if the sender may be on it
