Microsoft Reporting Services -- barcode "print preview" fails

Steps
1.      RDP into report server
2.      Run report
3.      Barcode displays
4.      Click Print Preview or Print
5.      Numbers display instead of barcode

My Microsoft Reporting Services barcode displays on screen, but fails via "print preview"

The barcode fonts are installed on server and client, both machines have been rebooted.

How can I fix without spending over $100 for a 3rd party tool like the below ?

When I add an image to my report and use this expression for the image (set source to External):

="http://www.barcodesinc.com/generator/image.php?code=abc&style=197&type=C128B&width=200&height=50&xres=1&font=3"

I get an image of a barcode on my report.

I get a RED "X" after running the report using your code, I then retested with the attached and it also fails.

How can I fix ?
