I setup a Helpdesk SharePoint site with a "Create a Service Request" list.

Wondering if I could setup
-if someone emails helpdesk@company.com, it then creates a new item in the list.

I'm sure its possible somehow, but wondering if there is any way to get it done without any major programming.

it is possible out-if-the-box but has some limitations.
