I recently did a clean install of Widows 7 and Office 2013 with pop account. &nbsp;When I created a new user profile, it tested okay. &nbsp;I copied my old Outlook 2007 pst file to C:\Users\User\Documents\Ou<wbr />tlook Files and added it to the profile. &nbsp;Now I get the above error whenever I attempt a send/receive.

Outlook 2013 receives 0x8004010F: 'Outlook data file cannot be accessed.'
