Hi all, I've been trying to complete a multi-mailbox search for the past 3 hours and it's not working.  I've been able to successfully do it before and now it has stopped working.  The error I'm receiving is:

An error occurred when searching "user". The message is 'Try using fewer keywords at the same time, reducing the number of users in the From, To, Cc, and Bcc fields, and reducing the number of mailboxes that are searched at the same time. When you use wildcards, make search queries as specific as possible. For example, if the search query used short words with one or more wildcards (for example, pat*), a large number of words or phrases may be returned because all words that start with "pat" are searched. Search failed on mailbox 'domain\user\bf164165-afce-4b7c-bcc6-885e594ad76d'. '.

I've already rebuilt the full index catalog and it's sucessfully completed; however I still can't complete this task.  Has anyone seen this before or can help me?

The above update doesn't install correctly on my server.  It ends prematurely.

I had to go through a whole process to rebuild the index.  Because we have a DAG environment, it was more involved; however, I eventually got it to work correctly.

DAG environment made it more challenging.
