Exchange 2007 Removal from Organization

I have an Exchange 2007 server I'd like to remove from the organization.  There is one other Exchange 2007 server that will be staying.  Does anybody know where I can find a good checklist to go through to ensure I've taken care of everything before I completely uninstall Exchange from the machine?  I've moved all mailboxes to the second server, deleted the send connector for the retiring server, and removed public folder replication for the retiring server.

I looked at that link already and have found some other similar links.  Everything tells you how to remove legacy machines from a new environment, but that isn't my case.  I'm going Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2007.  I know the steps should be similar, but I was hoping there was a general document on just retiring a server.

If you run the setup program from add/remove programs, if you have missed anything it will tell you. The uninstall will not let you continue if the server is still being used for something.

Simon.
