Create Dynamic distribution group with Customized filter.

Hello all,

I have Exchange Server 2010 SP1 i want to create a new dynamic distribution group using customized filter based on job Title

i used this cmdlet

New-DynamicDistributionGroup -Name "faculty.mem" -RecipientFilter {(RecipientType -eq 'UserMailbox') -and (Title -like 'academic*' -or Title -like 'Academic*')}

but it's not getting any members , Please advice .

getting only 1 member from more than 1000 .

it works after i make an advanced search in the A.D then all members appears in the Exchange , Thanks ,.
