Change Event Type Name in sharepoint 2010

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the event type names in the Approval workflow in sharepoint 2010? I implemented the out of the box Approval workflow and wish to change the event type from 'workflow initiated' to read 'For Review'.

Regards.

Hi,
there is one possibility which I do not recommend, because it involves modifying an out-of-the-box ASPX file.
Open the file
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\WrkStat.aspx

and place the following code at line 233 (after the history view error placeholder)
(please adjust the path to your jQuery library)

As the page is used by ALL workflow histories, you might want to implement an additional check on the list id / workflow id.
