ASP remote_host help

Getting back into web after about 10 years. Setting up an intranet for my company. Windows 2008 R2, IIS.

I have a basic form setup for tech support and I'm trying to automatically get the computers name into the database, and email that's sent to me.

Seems like IIS wont do a reverse lookup.

These dont work (I have ColdFusion installed as well)
 <%Response.Write(Request.ServerVariables("remote_host"))%>
CGI.remote_host

Both just return the ip address. How do I get the hostname?

I ran this in IIS to supposedly turn on reverse lookups.
cscript adsutil.vbs set /w3svc/EnableReverseDNS "TRUE"

Thanks for any help

Running cscript command "cscript adsutil.vbs set /w3svc/EnableReverseDNS "TRUE" for IIS 7 will not work.

Please see following article to enable "IP and Domain Restrictions" role service on windows 2008 server
