Multiple Wordpress Sites under one IIS Site with same IP, but different domains

Hello,

I currently have a website set up on IIS 8 (Server 2012). This site has 16 domains bound to it, but on the same internal IP.

I need to be able to set up 16 different Wordpress sites (and the Wordpress site that's loaded would be determined by the domain) on the same IIS site.

Is this doable?

During this process, you’ll make the decision as to use subdomains (subdomain.mywebsite.com) or sub-directories (mywebsite.com/subdirectory) for each site created on your network. This decision cannot be reversed later!

I'm using neither. This is separate domains (www.abc.com, www.bcd.com, www.cde.com, etc.). Will it still work?

In this line it is only giving precaution...

Its not compulsory subdomains...
You can use multi-sites...
