I'm running outlook 2010 and can't seem to modify my INBOX view field.  I'm trying to see every email from the FROM field and not the TO field.  If I read the views from left to right it reads as follows:

To, subject, sent, size, category...

I want to be able to see a FROM section.

If you right click on the TO, you can select "Field Chooser"  From there drag the From field to the bar.
