Outlook 2010 FROM field

I'm running outlook 2010 and can't seem to modify my INBOX view field.  I'm trying to see every email from the FROM field and not the TO field.  If I read the views from left to right it reads as follows:

To, subject, sent, size, category...

I want to be able to see a FROM section.

If you right click on the TO, you can select "Field Chooser"  From there drag the From field to the bar.
