ASP.Net MVC 4 C# -- CSS Template / @Html.EditorFor

How can I EASILY edit Create.cshtml (or Content\Site.css, etc) so it has a 10pixel black border @Html.EditorFor(model => model.PartDescription) and all other @Html.EditorFor commands ?
