It doesn't work that way.  You buy a SCSI controller (like adaptec), then get the drivers from Adaptec.  

The avid rtr320 is a SCSI TARGET device. It doesn't need drivers as the device emulates disk drives.  That is like asking for drivers for a seagate disk drive or a hitachi disk drive.  You need drivers for the device plugged into your motherboard.

hello dlethe,

 it is showing ?scsi controller on device manager....without installing...it needs scsi driver.......scsi card came with avid rtr320 and made of atto technology

No, it is looking for a stub driver for the enclosure itself.  This not a disk driver, it is a SES or SAF-TE driver for an intelligent enclosure.   Don't worry about it unless you have a software product that can monitor enclosure health designed for this product.

... but let's make sure we're on same page. I am addressing what appears as a SCSI Processor/controller, not the PCI card controller -- that I assume is working.

 Atto also has PCI controller cards and drivers do NOT come native with windows.  So you have to go to the attotech.com, and register to get to downloads area.  Then install the PCI controller drivers from that distribution after selecting your O/S and 32/64 bit.
