IE 10 Broke my rounded box..?

Please see this page:  http://www.theravive.com/test.htm
Its a very simple box within a box.  In firefox and earlier IE, the corners are rounded, but in IE10 its just a square box.   How can I get them universally rounded so that they look like they do in firefox?  (Firefox's rendering is the intended look)

The CSS:
border-radius: 7px;
      -webkit-border-radius: 7px;
      color:  #FFF;
      margin-bottom: 10px;

(I'm hoping for a CSS fix, that will make it much easier then modifying individual pages)

strange...maybe something is wrong with my IE?
 but I guess that is good to know!!  I have the exact same version as you and it shows square boxes.  but if its working on yours that is good news.   if its just me, that would be great.
ohh, I had the "compatibility view" clicked by accident....so why does my website show the "compatibility button" in the address bar but here on EE its not there?
Check out the summary on the bottom of this page,

I post the whole page FYI
